Delivery & Collection

Every piece travels insured, or you can collect it from our studio in Bandra Kurla Complex.

Collect from our studio

Collect your piece from our BKC studio by appointment. We'll check it with you, along with its certificate and invoice.

Insured delivery in India

  • We deliver across India by insured courier, [free of charge / at ₹[__]].
  • Ready pieces are dispatched within [2] working days of payment. Made-to-order pieces take [3–4] weeks to make.
  • The parcel is plain and sealed. Please show a photo ID on delivery, and do not accept a parcel that looks opened.
  • We share the tracking details on WhatsApp.

Payment

We confirm every order on WhatsApp. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery. For purchases of ₹2 lakh or more, we need your PAN, as required by law.

Outside India

We do not ship outside India yet. If you are abroad, message us and we'll help you arrange collection in Mumbai.
