Exchange & Returns

Lifetime exchange

You can exchange any SHUMIRA piece, at any time, for another piece of equal or higher value.

• The exchange value is the piece's current value: the gold at the day's rate and the diamonds at [their current value / a set percentage], worked out at our studio.
• Please bring the piece, its SHUMIRA invoice and its diamond certificate.
• The piece should be undamaged and not altered or repaired by anyone else.
• If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference.

Returns

• Ready pieces: you can return a piece within [7] days of receiving it if it is unworn, in its original packaging, with its invoice and certificate.
• We inspect the piece and refund you within [7] working days, to the account you paid from.
• Made-to-order, engraved or resized pieces are made for you and cannot be returned. They can still be exchanged as above.

Buyback

[We do not offer buyback at present. / We buy back SHUMIRA pieces at [__]% of the diamond value and [__]% of the gold value at the day's rate.]

Resizing

We resize rings once, free of charge, within [30] days of delivery, where the design allows. Eternity and some pavé bands cannot be resized.

Warranty

Every piece is covered for [6] months against manufacturing defects, such as a loose setting. This does not cover loss, accidental damage or normal wear.

How to start an exchange or return

Message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number. We'll arrange a visit to our studio or an insured pickup.
